Weekly Friday afternoon Padel with the team 💚

With it being Mental Health Awareness Week, it felt like the perfect time to highlight something we already encourage across the business… the importance of having fun, staying active, and looking after your mental wellbeing.

Every Friday we have two Padel courts booked for our team to enjoy, giving everyone the chance to switch off for an hour, get moving, and head into the weekend with an early finish feeling refreshed.

Always a great way to round off the week with the team. 🏓

A standout March deserves a proper thank you – lunch for 70 in the sunshine ☀️

After a fantastic month, we wanted to bring everyone together and celebrate the hard work across the team.

Alongside today’s lunch, we also gave everyone an extra paid day off at the end of last month as a way of saying thank you and to give everyone a bit of extra time back to spend however they wanted.

Proud of Team Utilink and excited for the plans we have ahead 🚀

🐣 Spreading a little Easter joy 🐣

One of our team managers and his daughter personally delivered 100 Easter eggs on behalf of Utilink, supporting Foundation of Light’s Easter Egg donation drive 💛

In total, over 500 eggs were collected and distributed to children, young people and families supported by the Foundation of Light - helping to bring a small but meaningful moment of joy during the Easter period.

We’re thrilled to introduce our Work Anniversary Holiday benefit! From 3 years with Utilink, employees receive an extra day of annual leave for each milestone anniversary, rewarding loyalty with up to five extra days to enjoy life outside of work.

We’re especially proud that 14 team members have already reached this milestone and will be enjoying their extra time off - a huge congratulations to all of them! We appreciate you all so much! 📸❤️

And with today being 'Employee Appreciation Day', we wanted to celebrate everyone who makes Utilink what it is. As a small thank-you, earlier this week all of our employees enjoyed a well-deserved morning off work.

⚽ A Memorable Night at Vale Park ⚽

This Tuesday, we were thrilled to be match and match ball sponsors for Port Vale FC's Sky Bet League One fixture against AFC Wimbledon.

Stepping onto the pitch before kick-off to represent Utilink made it a night to remember, and we were also honoured to select the Man of the Match.
