Last night we were delighted to host a full house of local landlords and property investors at our Nicol & Co Landlord Seminar.
With major changes ahead for the private rental sector, it was a valuable evening focused on helping landlords navigate the evolving market with confidence.
Our Valuation Consultant Mia Fletcher shared the latest residential sales insights, highlighting how a strong start to the year in the housing market could present opportunities for landlords looking to expand their portfolios.
Our Lettings Manager James Gwynne then provided a clear breakdown of the upcoming Renters’ Rights legislation, including the abolition of Section 21 and what landlords should be preparing for now.
