We’ve completed the purchase of five units on Victoria Avenue, Southend, and can’t wait to share what we’ve got planned.

Still waiting on the council to validate our planning application for the additional two flats, but that hasn’t stopped us cracking on with Flats 1 to 7.

Rendering is now underway, and have finished the plastering inside, so it’s great to see things moving forward.

We’re also due to complete on our next project tomorrow, so watch this space. It’s a good one, and we can’t wait to share it with you.

A building with over 120 years of history.

Originally constructed as the Warwick Hotel in 1901, this landmark building on Station Road, Westcliff welcomed visitors to the Essex coast for more than 50 years.

In 1953, it was transformed into the Beecroft Art Gallery, becoming one of Essex’s most important cultural venues.

After serving the community for over six decades as an art gallery, the building has now been carefully converted into residential apartments, giving new life to a much loved local landmark while preserving its historic character.

Our planning application to increase our Hullbridge Road development from 7 apartments to 9 has now been submitted.

Fingers crossed for a positive outcome and the opportunity to deliver two additional high quality homes.

The structure is almost fully up and you can really start to see the scheme take shape.

As the steelwork begins to take shape on Block A and the timber frame panels are set to be craned into position this week, our focus is already turning to the interiors.

In a crowded and competitive market, simply painting walls white or magnolia is no longer enough. Anyone can deliver the basics. We believe the real value lies in going one step further.
