First day of the school summer holidays for a lot of us.

Lots of folk are starting new jobs over the summer.

Either because it’s time for a change, a promotion or end of university and start of employment.

What does that mean for a mortgage? Well some lenders ask for….

✅ signed contract of employment…even if you haven’t started the job.

Or

✅ first payslip.

Or

✅ first 3 months payslips-especially if you are in a role that pays commission or bonuses.

Very much depends on your circumstances. But lenders view job changes very differently.
