Mortgage scheme ending within in the next 7 months?

Some lenders will offer for up to 7 months and a limited few for longer. ⏰

Something to think about if you are worried about rates going up. ⬆️

Step two
Keep it under review

Step three
Change to a lower rate if one becomes available before your new scheme starts

There I said it. But what can you do about it?

If your rate is coming to an end in the next 7 months you have options to ring fence a new rate, mitigating the risk of any rate rises.

Keep it under review and if rates go down take advantage of the new rate available.

Did you know lenders offers are valid for upto 6 months?

If your mortgage is due to end within the next 6 months why not ring fence a rate now and keep it under review over the next 6 months. Mitigating the risk of rate rises. ♥️
