Nice to receive some feedback when a journey from debt has finished
"My first introduction to Sidcup Debt Advice was through a mutual friend. I was feeling overwhelmed and didn't know how to handle our debt situation on top of a long term illness in the family which was very stressful.

Before then, I contacted a couple of Debt Advice agencies but they were not very engaging and helpful. Your team were very compassionate, engaging, extremely helpful and thoughtful and non judgemental which helped reduce my anxiety and stress significantly. You literally took the burden off and your hard work paid off as all our six debtors wrote off our debts. The last debt to be written off proved difficult but your team never gave up and pushed through and through until it was finally written off. I don't know what we'd have done. It was literally a dream come true. Just a few stats - nothing fancy, no great Ai driven colourful video...just stats -
SDA opened in Feb 2018
To date, we have encountered nearly 180 cases.
We have managed over £2,400,000 of debt
At present we have over 20 live cases.
We have helped people get out of debt through a plan or a DRO (the exact numbers are slightly confidential).
Some of our lovely clients have had over £130,000 written off by Creditors.
We are not large by any means - our income is under £20,000.
We try our best and manage every case holistically with a Christian ethos at the base.
We do not have time limits per case.
