🚀 A HUGE milestone for ORCA Property Group tonight!

After months of development, testing, changing things, breaking things 😂, fixing them again and constantly asking myself “how can I make this work better?”, the latest stage of the ORCA Business Platform is officially LIVE.

What started as an idea to bring our property operations into one place has developed into something far bigger.

Our platform now brings together our properties, investors, buyers, vendors and co-sourcing relationships, with structured due diligence, property matching, financial analysis, document management and deal progression all working within one environment.

The screenshots below are from the actual live platform tonight – not a mock-up or concept.

One of the developments I’m particularly proud of is the way ORCA can now work from both sides of a deal: understanding what our buyers and investors are looking for, while also assessing each property against those requirements.

And we're only getting started.

There is still plenty more on the development roadmap, but tonight I'm allowing myself a little moment to appreciate just how far we've come.

🐋 Milestone Achieved!

Today marks a huge milestone for me.

For months, I've been designing and building what started as an idea... and today, for the very first time, I watched it come to life on my screen.

Meet Orca.

It's still in development, but today I launched the first working version of the platform.

What began as documents, workflows, AI logic, databases and countless hours of planning is now becoming a real application that will power the future of Orca Property Group and Orca Recruitment.

The goal isn't just another CRM.

It's an intelligent business platform that brings together:

One of the biggest lessons I've learned since starting my business is that success isn't about trying to compete with everyone else.

When I first started, I genuinely believed I had to do everything myself and be better than everyone around me.

Over time, I've realised that some of the biggest opportunities I've ever had have come through collaboration.

Working with people who have different skills, different experiences and different ideas has opened doors I could never have opened on my own.

I'm incredibly proud of how far we've come and the amazing people we've met along the way. There is still so much more to do, but I'm excited about what the future holds.
