Spectrum Social Care Ltd (SSC) was established in 2000 to meet a demand from both clients and employees, for a personalised professional service in the social care field. We know our success lies in providing the highest standard of social care staff for a variety of clients. We pride ourselves in providing the highest quality social care staff to a diverse client base including local authorities,

educational establishments, charities, private organisations and individual care packages for IB and direct payment funded clients. We are able to respond to the particular needs of our Clients and specialise in the design and implementation of tailored care and support packages, covering the South Yorkshire area. SSC provides ongoing support, development and contact with both team members and clients. In recognition of our quality service provision, we have been awarded the Positive about Disabled People and are also registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) as a Domiciliary Care agency.

Thinking of volunteering?
We are looking for volunteers for Spectrum Active; a Not for Profit organisation which provides day opportunities for adults with learning and support needs.
The role will involve supporting our students in a range of programmed activities.
We aim to ensure all our volunteers receive relevant experience and training whilst with us, and endeavour to offer employment opportunities wherever possible.

Spectrum Social Care are currently seeking support workers to provide services to a variety of service users.

We are looking for people who have flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, waking and sleep shifts, to work with a number of different client groups. We support adults with learning disabilities to live independently, with support.

If you are motivated, reliable and passionate about supporting others in a person centred manner, to achieve positive outcomes and enhance their daily lives, then Spectrum Social Care would like to hear from you.

Positions currently available;
• Two full-time
• One part-time

All mandatory training is supplied
Guaranteed one weekend off a month.
