This negroni-sour hybrid was created by Vincenzo Ericco in the early 2000s and has firmly stood the test of time.

A tannin subtle sweet, yet bitter, refreshing drink that we’ve put our own little twist on. A hint of olive and that extra hit of lemon really elevates the sour, piney notes on this one.

A HOMAGE TO THE MISUNDERSTOOD

Aquavit’s often referred to as gin’s misunderstood cousin and is widely disregarded outside of Scandinavia but we don’t it should be ignored.

At Trifecta we owe a lot of our inspiration to Aquavit and our lovely friends after a visit to their brewery and distillery in Brooklyn in 2023.

So here’s a drink that celebrates this trans-Atlantic friendship. Something that embraces the savoury notes of fennel, caraway and dill with the smooth mediterranean undertones of our lemon and olive gin. A perfectly rounded martini bursting with flavour.
