Well, for most people, it means nothing changes straight away.

🏠 If you're on a fixed-rate mortgage, your monthly payments stay the same.
🏠 If you're on a tracker mortgage, your payments should remain unchanged too.

And if your current deal is coming to an end this year, it's worth remembering that mortgage rates can still move independently of the base rate.🤔
