We are using AI more and more even in farming… we are using technology to streamline the admin and processing the books on farm, which means less time processing and more time running reports, analysing data, and helping farmers make better decisions 🌾📊

PS Not sure where the extra hands come from- just shows the importance of humans checking over things too!

💫 2025 Round up 💫

As we have closed the 2025 Chapter and begin to plan for a bigger and better 2026 it’s time to look back and see what was achieved 💪🏼

📌 Ran and maintained a business from the other side of the world, a small 13 hour time difference & 11500 miles..
📌Asked to speak and be apart of the IAgSA derby training day panel.
📌 Spent time working for an accountancy firm developing my knowledge further and bettering my skills.
📌 Invested in new technology appliances to increase the offering.
📌 Invested in new technology to increase efficiencies on and off farm.
📌Organised the Cheshire IAgSA training day with .
📌 Developed new working relationships with some fantastic individuals in bookkeeping and agricultural!

Bring on 2026 and supporting local farmers 🐄🌾🐏

Had a brilliant training day yesterday with IAgSA 🙌
Plenty of deep dives into Xero training 💻, updates on MTD changes 📊, and some really practical insights I can’t wait to implement.

I also had the pleasure of being part of the panel discussion along side The Country Office & others on streamlining processes – great to share ideas and hear different perspectives from others in the industry.

Always good to learn, connect, and leave with fresh ways to make things simpler and smarter! 🚀

2025 Year Ends ⏰

With the 31st March marking the end of many financial year ends, it’s time to get organised ready for the completion of the TAX accounts!

If you can get the below ready for your next visit with your bookkeeper;
🐮Bank statements
🐮All loan statements and agreements
🐮Stock take
🐮Closing bills and invoices
🐮Your time

Having these readily available means we can ensure all is ready for the accountant for the TAX accounts. Your year end visit might take slightly longer than normal to ensure all is tidy!
