I’m the Founder & Managing Director of Mellow Financial, and we’re growing.

We’ve got more high-quality leads than we can currently handle… which means there’s a huge opportunity for the right person to step in, make an impact, and earn very well 💷

💼 The Role

We’re looking for either:
👉 A Part-Time Protection Adviser, OR
👉 A Full-Time Adviser (with some mortgage work included)

This is a fully remote, employed position with:

✅ Competitive base salary
✅ Generous commission structure
✅ Realistic OTE of £50,000+
✅ Company pension
✅ Generous holiday entitlement

🔍 What We’re Looking For

You’ll need:

✔️ At least 2 years’ experience in protection advice
✔️ A proven track record of converting leads into business
✔️ Ideally some mortgage experience (especially for full-time applicants)

Strong experience across:

Life Insurance
Income Protection
Critical Illness Cover
Family Income Benefit
Wills
Private Medical Insurance
General Insurance

We want someone who:
💡 Is confident working remotely and managing their pipeline
💡 Can maximise the potential of warm leads
💡 Wants to put their own stamp on our protection process

If you’ve got ideas on improving systems, conversions, or client experience, we’re all ears. This is your chance to help shape how we do things.

🛠 Experience
Experience with Acre CRM is a bonus (not essential)
Full training will be provided where needed

A proud moment and another hurdle achieved as we start moving into our new office. It’s been a long road to get here, but today marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter.
