Johnson Burke & Co Ltd is a specialist block and estate management company founded by people who are residents management company directors themselves, so understand at first hand, how multi residential buildings should be managed. Our ethos emphasizes excellent service and good value for money through careful financial planning, separating funds into general operating expenses and a reserve fund. We do not engage in sales and lettings, allowing us to concentrate solely on management services.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin and Compliance Manager, located in Watford. The Admin and Compliance Manager will oversee daily administrative tasks, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and manage budgets. This role involves supervising staff, analyzing data, and communicating effectively with directors and leaseholders.

Supervisory Skills
Analytical Skills
Excellent Communication Skills
Administrative Assistance Experience
Budgeting Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site
Experience in property management or related industry is a plus
Excellent attention to detail

You must be based within a one hour train/car commute of Watford.

We are so proud to be a part of this industry, and whatever happens on the night, it’s wonderful that the whole team has been recognised for their hard work!

We are very proud to announce that we’ve just reached the 10th Anniversary of the company!

So the whole Johnson Burke & Co Ltd team would like to say a massive thank you to everyone for their support this past decade!

We’ve built a boutique property management company that continues to focus on the excellent management of multi-residential buildings.

It’s not always an easy job navigating: leasehold law, new legislation, service charges that everyone is happy with, the differing opinions of leaseholders, and, most of all, the vagaries of humans living together, but we try to do all of this in a professional manner, with a smile….most of the time!

So thanks again to all, and especially to all the (pro bono) RMC/RTM/Freehold company directors who have appointed us: you generally have a thankless task and we are so glad we are able to support you!

So here’s to another ten years! 🙏🎉
