Inflow Finance provided a bridging loan to a property investor and developer seeking to release working capital from their property portfolio without selling the assets.
The loan was agreed within 48 hours and secured against two London properties, including a six-bedroom HMO and a Use Class C2 Care Home.
Working closely with the client, our BDM, Richard Greenland, collaborated with our underwriting team to design a bespoke solution with staged drawdowns linked to project milestones, ensuring disciplined capital deployment and clear exit options.
