Postage. We post most things 1st class from the post office or with a courrier unless another service is required. Most items will cost £3.95 postage, for big orders this will be more to cover insurance. We do provide payment plans, but require a £15 deposit per item, also we do not begin sewing until the item has been paid in full. We do not accept refunds or exchanges for custom items, except when their is a fault with the item. Thank you
