Please read the following before placing an order. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the following terms
and conditions. Please ensure you check the spelling and accuracy of any Personalised Products upon booking. Unfortunately you will not be entitled to a refund in respect of any Personalised Products which contain a misspelling/punctuation/grammar error that you are responsible for and which you fail to amend at the time of ordering. If you do notice an error after you have placed an order we request you let us know ASAP so we can look to rectify the mistake before your item/s are produced. In the event your order has already been produced a refund will Unfortunately NOT be offered. Payment options available include Paypal or Bank Transfer. Payment in full is required upon ordering. The Products depicted are as seen. The reproduction of colours and styles are as accurate as photographic and image processing will allow. Personalised in Penwortham does not accept responsibility for slight variances in colour and style. Delivery:
We pride ourselves on getting you your items as quickly as possible. All of our items are made to order, you will be given an estimated time of delivery upon ordering. During Peak Periods (i.e. Christmas) delivery times may be longer. If a product has become unavailable and we are not able to fulfil the order or there will be a delay in fulfilling the order we will advise you as soon as possible and offer a full refund, credit for an alternative product or the option for us to fulfil the order when stock has been received. Returns/Cancelling Personalised Items:
We want you to be happy with your item/s but in the unfortunate event that you’re not, we’ll do our very best to help. Simply get in touch. Unless there has been an error on our part, or the item/s you purchased is defective, orders for Personalised items cannot be returned/Cancelled. We cannot accept returns on ‘Personalised’ or ‘bespoke’ items, whether by name or date, as these cannot be sold to anyone else. You may return an item if it is defective. In this instance we will happily refund or replace the item. The item(s) must be returned in the condition in which you received it within 30 days of delivery. A refund or replacement will be processed by us within 14 working days of receipt of the faulty returned item/s. A refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase. If you would like a Replacement, this will be to your original product specification as detailed on your original order. Liability:
Personalised in Penwortham shall have no liability to you for any delay or failure to deliver the Products to the extent that such delay or failure to deliver arises from causes beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, fire, floods, acts of God, acts or regulations of any governmental or supranational authority, war, riot, strike, lock-out and industrial disputes.
