”I recently had a new boiler installed and I’m very pleased with the experience, from the initial consultation through to completion, the process was handled professionally and efficiently.

Billy, the engineer, arrived on time, explained the installation clearly, and answered all my questions. The installation itself was completed within the agreed timeframe, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards, which I really appreciated. I was also given a clear handover, including instructions on how to use the controls and new thermostat, plus all the necessary paperwork and warranty details.

The new boiler is working very well, heating and hot water are both much more reliable and efficient than before. I’ve noticed it heats up quicker and runs more quietly, which is a big improvement. Overall, I’d recommend this service to anyone considering a new boiler installation. Professional, efficient, and high-quality work”

Thank you, Tony, for taking the time to leave such a detailed review for the A.C Wilgar team. Feedback like this means so much and reflects exactly the level of service we aim to deliver on every installation! 🔧

This week we're celebrating a very special birthday…

A huge happy birthday to our fantastic HR & Office Manager Lisa, who this year also celebrates an incredible 10 years with the business.

For the past decade, she's been helping to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes – supporting the team, keeping the office organised, handling HR matters and generally being the person everyone can rely on when they need a helping hand, a sensible solution or a little extra patience.

Outside of work, she's a proud crazy cat lady and devoted servant to her two rescue cats, who we're told are very much in charge at home (as all cats should be!).

Lisa, thank you for everything you do for the team and the business. We hope you have a fantastic birthday and enjoy celebrating this amazing milestone! 🎂

There's nothing better than hearing from happy customers, especially when our team has been busy in the recent heatwave delivering a new air conditioning installation!

A huge thank you to Serena for her fantastic review:

"We've just had split level air conditioning fitted and I cannot stress enough, on what was one of the hottest days this year, that the work effort from Andy & Charlie, who did not stop from the time they arrived until the time they left, was superb both inside and outside the house. With the help from Gary & Billy for the electrical side. High praise for this company for high quality goods, great communication, hard working tradesmen & excellent service."

And a special shout out to Andy, Charlie, Gary and Billy for another great installation and for representing A.C. Wilgar so brilliantly.
