It’s actually been nice to get some use out of my sunglasses this week! It’s about the only good thing about the heat!

My old sunglasses were bent out of shape and very scratched because I would just chuck them in my bag or keep them in the door pocket in my car.

Since keeping them in a padded glasses case, they have stayed good as new - and I can actually find them when I need them!

Do you look after your sun glasses or are you still giving them a hard time?

I don’t know about you but I have often been found scrabbling around in my bag to find my keys or my lip balm!!

You know it’s in there and you end up having to empty your whole bag to find it - and it’s always the last thing to come out 🤣

I’m so much more organised now that I have lots of these zipper pouches. I store so many things in them and now it’s easy to find everything.

My work one has all my essentials in but I think I may need another one for my phone and keys!!

Is this something you would use to keep organised or are you doomed to do the bag scrabble forever !!!

Good morning!
I slept really badly again – I’m just so hot and it’s not even the heat wave yet!

Thought I would show off this lovely blue gingham makeup bag today. It can fit a fair bit in and it is perfect for popping into your work or travel bag.

Good morning! How are you doing in the heat?
Yesterday I pinched my son’s fan and put it next to me while I was sewing. Game changer! I must get myself one.

I managed to make an epic 8 book sleeves and 17 glasses cases!! ( I had done the cutting out previously!!) I’ll get round to showing you all of those soon but in the meantime I thought I would remind you that I have a few of these bow style book pouches in the e sh@p.

I absolutely adore this blue floral one. It would make reading such a treat and a special event. I try to read more in the summer rather than watch tv.

Happy Friday! Well, all my reports are written for another year. That’s got to be one of THE worst jobs I have to do as a teacher.

So today is my Patchwork Mouse day ❤️
I have a stack of glasses cases to finish and then I am going to list a few more of my Christmas crackers.

Can you believe I have sold a couple of Christmas bits already!!!

Who shudders at the thought and who is quietly getting organised here and there?
