Student Night success! 🎓

A couple of weeks ago, our City branch took part in Student Night hosted by It's in Nottingham.

Our branch colleagues loved meeting students, parents and people from across the city, handing out a few prizes on our spin-the-wheel and having some positive conversations about saving for the future 💚

Thanks to everyone who stopped by and said hello! Our Nottingham City branch doors are always open if you have any questions. Alternatively, you can visit one of our other 30 branches across our network 👋

After a week of renovations, our Sheffield branch has officially reopened with a fresh new look. From the updated design to our new city-inspired mural, there's plenty to take in.

Pop in for a visit and see if you can guess the iconic Sheffield landmarks featured on the wall 👀

We think you'll agree... out with the old and in with the new!

Everyone deserves to feel at home 🏡

This World Homeless Day, our branches are collecting donations to help create welcome home boxes for people making a fresh start.

Filled with everyday essentials and comforting items, these boxes can help turn a new house into a home.

If you're visiting one of our branches, speak to our colleagues to find out how you can support the appeal 🌟

What happens in our branches? 👀

There's always something happening across our branch network 🌟

From awareness events and information days to charity fundraising activities and community initiatives, our branches are more than just a building society location.

As part of National Customer Service Week, we're tak ng a look at some of the ways our
colleagues support members and communities throughout the year 💜

We love hearing from you 💜

National Customer Service Week is the perfect time to share some of the wonderful feedback we've received from members recently.

Every review, comment and kind word helps us understand what's working well and recognise the colleagues who make a difference every day.

Thank you to everyone who takes the time to share their experience with us 💚

The coffee morning may be over, but the stories stay with us 💚

A week ago, our branches came together with their local communities over coffee, cake and some truly meaningful conversations.

But what stayed with us most were the stories that were shared.

On the day, customers and colleagues opened up about their personal experiences of cancer and the difference Macmillan Cancer Support has made to them and their loved ones. Some stories were difficult, some were hopeful, but all were a reminder of why causes like this matter so much 🙌

Thank you again to everyone who joined us, donated and helped make a difference ☕🍰💚

🎀 Retford is Turning Pink this October! 🎀

Throughout October, our Retford branch is proudly supporting Aurora Wellbeing Centre's Turn It Pink campaign, helping raise awareness of breast cancer and supporting local people affected by the condition.

Pop into branch and help make a difference. Whether it's a small donation or simply showing your support, every contribution helps local people access the services and support they need 💗

You helped make a difference 💚

Last Friday, our branches came together for the Macmillan Cancer Support Coffee Morning and what a fantastic day it was.

With your support, we raised over £3,400 for Macmillan 🥳🎉

Thank you to everyone who baked, donated, volunteered, visited a branch or simply stopped by for a coffee and a chat ☕🍰

It was wonderful to see our communities come together for such an important cause.
