What a fantastic Bank Holiday weekend at the Wensleydale Show and Reeth Show! 🚜

We experienced a real mix of weather, but it certainly didn't stop the fabulous time had by all. We loved catching up with members of our local community, as well as meeting plenty of new faces along the way.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by our stand to say hello. It was great to chat with so many of you and be part of two fantastic local events.

We're already looking forward to doing it all again and seeing you in 2027!

🚜 Harvest may be coming to an end, but farm traffic isn't slowing down just yet! 🌾

As combines finish gathering this year's crops, many farmers are now preparing fields and planting crops for the 2027 harvest.

This means you'll continue to see tractors, cultivators, drills and other agricultural machinery travelling on our local roads over the coming weeks.

Please take extra care when driving in rural areas:

✅ Slow down and be patient
✅ Allow plenty of space when overtaking
✅ Expect mud on the road near field entrances
✅ Be aware that farm vehicles may turn unexpectedly into fields and gateways

A little patience can go a long way in helping keep everyone safe.

We're Incredibly proud to have supported the Yorkshire Air Ambulance for the second year running. 💛

Giving back to our local community is something that is important to everyone at our agency and we're honoured to play a small part in helping this amazing charity continue its lifesaving work across Yorkshire! 🚁

A Massive Congratulations to our amazing Employee of the Month Kimberley Allday! 👏

Kimberley was selected as employee of the month for being amazing at IT support without the need for us to ring our IT helpline, our very own in house IT Guru 💻

Our superstar has chosen to stay camera-shy, so there won't be a photo this- but trust us, this achievement is absolutely worth celebrating!

Job Title- Administration Lead

Job Role-

• Preparation and posting of renewal paperwork and statements to policy holders
• Assisting in banking and billing systems and any internal enquiries
• Ordering stationary for the team (Yorkshire Tea is our favourite of course!)
• Overview of property management to keep the team ticking
• Apparently Office IT Guru- good old switch it on and off should do the trick, right?

How long have you been with the company- 3 years and 7 months

Interests out of work- currently trying out home decorating…. Lessons have been learnt.. it is not my forte but it’s the trying that counts!
