Saintfield Office Opening! 💛

We were delighted to celebrate the reopening of our newly refurbished office on Friday.

It was wonderful to welcome colleagues, visitors and members of the community to see the transformation.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our coffee morning in aid of Cancer Fund for Children and helped support such an important cause. ☕💛✨

I started working as an Agent with NFU Mutual in January 2008.

👉 What is your favourite part of your job?
Favourite part of the job is getting out to see customers and building up relationships with them.

👉 If you weren’t working in insurance, what job would you be doing?
If I wasn’t working in insurance, I’d love to be a dog walker!

👉 If you could have dinner with anyone in the world, who would it be?
If I could have dinner with anyone in the world it would be David Attenborough. I think he’s led an amazing life and would love to hear about his travels first hand!

👉 If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
One meal for the rest of my life would be a roast beef dinner.

👉 What is one thing you couldn’t live without?
The one thing I couldn’t live without is books – I love reading!

We are excited to announce we are now open!

👉 How long have you been an Agent for NFU Mutual?
January 2012, which is approximately 14.5 years which is hard to believe!

👉 What is your favourite part of your job?
I enjoy the variety it offers and meeting customers from different sectors is also very interesting.

👉 What is the best thing about working in the local community?
Definitely getting to know my customers. Being able to put a name to the face is great and helps to grow successful relationships.

👉 If you could only eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Definitely steak and chips with pepper sauce!

👉 What is your go-to karaoke song?
Spice Girls- Spice up your life! (With the dance routine)

👉 What would your dream holiday destination be?
I would love to travel through Canada and Alaska at some stage.

👉 How long have you been an Agent for NFU Mutual?
I started in 2003 at the agency in Banbridge before moving to Saintfield in 2007.

👉 What do you enjoy most about working with farmers and rural businesses?
Building relationships over many years and being there for clients when they most need us.

👉 What is your favourite thing about the agency team?
I think the team is full of people who put our members first. They genuinely want to assist our members when they can. We can’t always completely satisfy member requests but we do our best.

👉 What is your biggest pet peeve?
Putting wet dishes on top of dry dishes on the drying rack.

👉 Are you a morning person or a night owl?
Is it ok to be neither?

👉 If you could have any animal as a pet, what would you choose?
A bear.
