The Lincolnshire Fryer is a family run business. We have been running catering businesses for 15 years now sucessfully. We trade daily with our trailer around Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire providing fresh fish & chips to local villages Witham st Hughs Fiskerton Sutton on Trent ,Ingham ,Binbrook.This is as well as attending weddings, parties and corperate events.

This week looks like being just as busy as last week today was an early start 6:30 am 😴 location Fox electrical trade day on the Allenby ind estate was was estimated 70-80 customers would turn up in the end it was almost 180 no fish & chips today breakfast buns & burgers today Tomorrow we are back on the Allenby estate at Rilmac about 70 staff to feed them stra to Binbrook for our usual busy Friday evening Saturday sees Metheringham b**r festival hope not too late home as we need to be at Wragby show early Sunday morning which is usually the best show we attend

Final hour of a exceptionally busy first time event at Great Gonerby we was non stop from 12:00 -3;30 will be glad to get home and get our feet up but an hrs drive home first 😩

Yesterday’s location was Sleaford by the sea with the market place transformed into a beach scene by North Kesteven council and proved to be very popular with lots of young families turning up to enjoy the various attractions the council had laid on an excellent day for everyone and well done to NKDC for organizing the event

A busy Sunday
First job a dog event at the Grange dog park West Torrington nice and close to home then straight on to Ludborough train station to provide about 80 meals for passengers & staff plus a few passers by all served in about 20 min so the steam engine could get on it’s journey in good time 😅😅

A very short notice booking yesterday for RAF Cranwell families day it’s seems some caterers had pulled out at the last minute!!We have attended this event for the past 3 yrs but had declined this year due to another increase in the pitch fee (Poss that’s why the other caterers pulled out )Weather was good but not our best job this year too many caterers booked which is often the case now 😩
