What a year for the Word On The Street team.

We arranged over £108,719,807 in gross loans across 239 cases this year, averaging £462,637 per case, an incredible spread across:

130 Buy to Let cases
82 Bridging cases
16 Development cases
11 Commercial Mortgage cases

That didn’t go unnoticed. We picked up 2 awards (BFSI Insider’s Property Finance Broker of the Year, and Business Moneyfacts’ Buy to Let Mortgage Broker of the Year), plus 3 further nominations across Bridging and Commercial Awards and Blue Bricks Property Awards.

Every year, Word On The Street takes part in a challenge to raise vital funds for charity. This year, the challenge that will be taking on is the 3in3.

That means completing three full-distance Ironman triathlons in three consecutive days.

Each day for three days straight involves:
* A 2.4-mile swim
* A 112-mile bike ride
* A 26.2-mile run
This extreme challenge is being undertaken to raise crucial funds for Empower Youth Zones.

This incredible charity provides life-changing opportunities for children in deprived areas within Manchester and the surrounding communities - opportunities they otherwise wouldn’t have access to.

Our clients development in Birkdale, Southport being converted into luxury apartments from a former victorian care home.

This project is supported by a bridging loan that includes a refurbishment facility to fund the works.
