Exactly 1 year ago Today I decided to leave a very secure well paid Job in the Property Auction World to become Self Employed for the 1st Time in my life to work alongside the extremely talented Tony Fairs and Fairs Investments.

I must say it was certainly a gamble leaving my job and going into the unknown and thinking “How am I going to provide for my Family if things go wrong?” as I was s**t scared to put it honestly as my previous employer gave me a level to work at and achieve some of my dreams and I will be eternally grateful that.

However things have turned out just about alright …..

Fast forward 12months and I have personally been able to provide and source over 70 Property Deals for our Clients and Investors and putting some of our clients on the path to Financial Freedom. This is something Iam extremely proud to be apart of.

Going back to that thought and thinking “How am I going to provide for my Family if things go wrong?” ….. Someone told me once “If your going to Fall, Fall Forward not Backwards” and to that I was and I am certainly big enough to correct any mistakes and Ive got some bo****ks and bottle to try and move forward and succeed in life and you must have that mind set sometimes and say “F**k it, I will succeed and be a success”

Here's a snapshot of our figures from our most recent Buy Refurb Refinance project progress video!

This little terraced house in the Lemington area is going to prove an incredible buy for our client, who's living outside of the area.

Due to the limited supply of good quality rental properties in this area, the expected rental income has increased from £500pcm to around £550/£600pcm, a fantastic result.

Tonight we celebrate!!!!!

After a terrible start to the year for me personally with family illness and also Covid amongst it too and probably only working 2days of year so far.

I must admit so far this year it has been tough but I’ve always thought “Someone less fortunate would love to be in your shoes right now!” and that is exactly true!

Tonight I sign off with 2 separate Portfolio Sales for two Investors. I must admit I an proud to get this over the line at the end of a very tough week indeed.

I must personally thank Tony Fairs and Antonia Askew for their help and support that they always show me. We really are a team to be reckoned with.

My 2022 Starts NOW!!!! Happy Friday Everyone & Have A Good Weekend !!!!!!!

So Tony Fairs and I have decided to have a competition on who can loose the most weight in November as Christmas fast approaching.
