Rota Manny (Live-in)
Location: Mill Hill, North London (primary residence) with occasional travel to Bath and overseas
Schedule: Rotating rota – one week on, one week off

Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 gross per year (depending on experience)

About the Role
Burlington Nannies is seeking a professional and dedicated Male Nanny (Manny) to join a new client family based in Mill Hill, North London. The family consists of a single mother and her two children, aged 10 and 12 years old.
This is a long-term, live-in rota position providing high-quality childcare support. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the children’s daily care and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver comprehensive childcare, including school runs, homework supervision, and organisation of after-school activities and play dates.
• Manage the children’s schedules, including diary management and liaising with teachers and activity providers.
• Oversee all nursery duties: preparing nutritious meals, laundry, and maintaining clean, organised children’s living spaces.
• Plan and accompany the children on educational and recreational outings.
• Travel with the family as required, including periods at their second home in Bath during school holidays and occasional overseas trips.
Candidate Requirements
• A positive, outgoing, and energetic individual who can serve as an excellent male role model for the children.
• Highly organised, proactive, and solution-focused with exceptional communication skills.
• Full, clean UK driving licence and confident driving ability (a car will be provided for work use).
• Previous professional childcare experience, particularly with school-aged children.
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting family life.

• Private bedroom and en-suite bathroom provided during weeks on duty.
• Competitive salary of £60,000 – £75,000 gross per year, depending on experience.
• Use of a company vehicle during working weeks.
