Natasha Earl was born and raised in London.

Recruiting experienced nannies, newborn care specialists, governesses and household staff for families across the UK and internationally. Having studied Theatre and Performing Arts, her dream was to work in the theatre. However, having worked in hospitality and retail during her studies, she found her niche in recruitment. Her career began in High Street recruitment before she briefly became a Head Hunter in Rec to Rec. Not enjoying the bullish techniques used and preferring a more gentle and personal approach to recruitment, she decided to open her own Nanny Agency in 2004. The business has grown from strength to strength and Natasha prides herself on the role she plays within Burlington Nannies. She is open and honest and has built up a good rapport with both clients and candidates. Natasha is at the forefront of Burlington Nannies and when you speak with her you will see she is personable, nonjudgmental and approachable.

📍 GOVERNOR / GOVERNESS / TUTOR – KENSINGTON, LONDON

🏡 Daily or live-in, with separate accommodation available

We are seeking a degree-educated Governor, Governess or Tutor to support the academic development of a bright and engaging 9-year-old girl.

The ideal candidate will have excellent English teaching skills, confidence in mathematics up to GCSE level, and proven experience preparing children for 11+ and 13+ examinations.

A full driving licence and previous experience in a similar role are essential.
