Our mission has always been to democratise access to allocated physical gold. Through the Goldex mobile app, individual investors have been able to secure the fairest price on gold, whether buying or selling and, earlier this year, we announced the launch of our business-to-business offering.

We are excited to share that we are taking our mission one step further.

Since launch, it has become clear to us that the best way to achieve our mission is to focus on the business arm of Goldex. By doing so, our team can accelerate their work to integrate with the many companies who wish to offer physical gold to their own customers. As a result, exponentially more end customers can then access the world of gold investments.

Therefore, to provide the required focus, we have made the difficult decision to close the retail side of our business, including the mobile app. Retail operations will cease on December 10th and we shall shortly communicate the next steps to customers of the Goldex mobile app.

I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank our mobile app customers for their support of Goldex.
