Dom co-founded Fishawack Health and helped scale it from a start-up into a global healthcare consultancy of 1,400+ people across 25 offices. Over two decades he led four rounds of private equity investment and completed 16 acquisitions, building one of the sector’s standout buy-and-build success stories.

He now supports Ama’s portfolio with hands-on M&A, growth and leadership experience drawn from 20 years of building and running PE-backed businesses.

Andrew Tyler joins Ama as Non-Exec Partner and Specialist Engineering & Industrials Lead.

Andrew Tyler has spent 35+ years at the intersection of industry, technology and government.

Formerly CEO of Northrop Grumman Europe and COO at Defence Equipment & Support (part of the UK MOD), he has led mission-critical programmes and chaired multiple private equity-backed businesses across the engineering and industrials sectors.

He brings cross-sector insight, board-level experience, and deep operational understanding to Ama’s investments in specialist industries.

Meet Alistair Hardie; Non-Exec Partner and Financial & Professional Services Lead.

Alistair Hardie brings over 25 years of experience leading private equity-backed businesses, including CEO roles in consultancy, insurance, and healthcare. As CEO of Jensten Group, he led the business to £650m in revenue, completing 31 acquisitions and driving four successful exits. His background combines strategy, operational delivery and M&A at scale, now supporting Ama’s investments in financial and professional services.
