TO MY AMERICAN FRIENDS IN PARTICULAR
- but to all of you.
Before I get to the main point of this post, I want to tell you a story that took place before the Covid pandemic became public knowledge and caused a shut-down of society.
It is a short story about the power of accurate on-the-ground information – something I fear you are being excluded from in your otherwise amazing country. Yes, it is hard to fathom that your society is ill informed, and you, dear reader, may be the exception to the rule, but you should read on anyway.
During the month of January 2020, my amazing network of traders around the world, told me of horrific scenes in hospitals in countries like Iran, Iraq and Pakistan. Yes, people from those areas do trade, even if they hold other vocations, as in this instance, as doctors and nurses in hospitals. Their stories gave me an insight into what was coming our way. And it did. I was prepared, and I could take appropriate action.
You might question my resources, but I remind you that I was the one who told you the Queen of England had passed away, a full 6 hours before it was public knowledge. The power of a solid network.
And now, to the point of the story: My little niece (not so little anymore) is a doctor …in GREENLAND. Greenland has a capital called Nuuk. And up there, at the wards of Dronning Ingridip Napparsimmavissua hospital in Nuuk, walks around my niece, caring for Greenlanders, who have free health care.
I repeat: FREE HEALTH CARE.
At times, my niece has to board a helicopter and fly out to, oh, say a patient from an American Submarine, who has taken ill. Or she will fly into these tiny little villages, where she treats patients on the spot or she has them flown back into Nuuk for treatment. She has to fly because there is no infrastructure in Greenland.
Your president, Donald Trump, is now trying to persuade the American population (that is YOU) that the Greenlanders are poorly cared for and he is now sending a hospital ship to Greenland.

You can’t claim ignorance when you are well informed. Consider yourself well informed. The Danes look after their own. We don’t have to have special health care insurance to have access to essential care. It doesn’t matter if you live in Denmark, or in Greenland. You have free health care. Full stop.
Why do I post this? What do I care? I am just another trader, trying to make a living (or as some ignorant Reddit readers like to proclaim “a scammer and a gambler, making a living from selling courses”).
But I am not. I am not a scammer, and I am most certainly not just another trader. And neither are you. We are a voice. We can choose to use a voice, or we can stay silent. I can’t stay silent. If you live in America, I ask you to think very carefully about the future you are staying silent about.
Why do we thrive and prosper in a world where decency and justice prevail? We thrive because we respect each other, and we work to prosper collectively. So why are you staying silent? Why are you staying silent when an injustice occurs? The answer is “because it doesn’t affect me”.
And who can blame you. There is enough to raise your voice about in your own life. You didn’t say anything because it doesn’t concern you. I say, as true as it may be on the surface, that is not how you get through life, because one day it will be you facing an injustice, and when you do, with your current attitude, there will be no one standing up for you.
