Opportunity for ARTIST/S to create or exhibit artwork at the new Green Rooms Hotel in Wood Green.

They are looking for artists who would like to use the large open areas and corridors. For example a Spanish street art collective are working in one of the dormitory hallways (the walls are huge white blockwork, its going to be very cool).

If you would like to show your work in a unique space or take advantage of the opportunity to install something please contact the Hotel Manager at [email protected] with links to your work, tell them about yourself and a mention of Staring at Blanks.

They will reply with more information about the project and available spaces. (The image here is of the 3rd floor event space).

Project Opportunity for crafters/makers: London based conservation charity Elephant Family is organising an exciting masked ball for this July at Lancaster House.

There's 160 designers and artists contributing to the mask collection, each designing and making 2 animal themed masks to be worn by the events exclusive list of attendees.

A pre exhibition of the masks will be held in Sothebys, which promises a great promotional opportunity for your involvement, please get in contact with [email protected] for more information or to submit your animal mask sketches/descriptions.
