Do you love swatches as much as we do?
They open up the possibilities of all the products that buyers of furniture can choose from.
In the same way that people choose their furniture in a style that suits them, we help furniture brands to find a showroom that works for them, showcases their products and most importantly, works for their business.
That's where our experience comes in - a showroom located just 200m off-pitch can become a dead zone, while an attractive space in just the right place can make all the difference.
Most people don't realise that finding the showroom is often the easy bit. The work we do to negotiate fair terms and go through all the financials our clients need to plan is the less glamorous part that really makes the difference.
We talked with a prospective client recently, who have decided that they are not ready to dive in just yet. That's absolutely fine, we want our clients to have longevity in Clerkenwell, just like our business has. We're confident that they'll come back when they are ready and that we'll look after them.
Meanwhile, we're keeping busy with other projects (did you know we do lease renewals, regearing and ratings assessments, too?) although we do have room for a couple more searches, so do get in touch if you'd like to know more.
