Structured Finance, such as Forward Funding has been key to bringing large scale developments into reality over the last few years.
We were pleased to introduce our first Forward Funding solution to our developer clients sometime over a year ago. That first solution was focused purely on the residential sector helping to fund big (Private Rental Scheme) and (Build-to-Rent) and schemes.
