Fear and growth never go together.
Not because fear disappears.
But because growth requires moving in a direction where fear is present.
Most people don’t avoid growth consciously.
They avoid the feeling that comes with it.
Uncertainty.
Discomfort.
Not knowing if it will work.
So they stay where things feel familiar.
Where decisions feel safer.
Where outcomes feel more predictable.
But that’s also where growth slows down.
Because what feels comfortable is usually what you’ve already experienced.
At MMI, one of the shifts people experience is recognising that fear isn’t a signal to stop.
It’s often a signal that something is expanding.
If this resonates, you’ll probably want to see the rest.
