Our passion for property started when we struggled to find a home for ourselves with the required disabled facilities. We then started looking for properties that had the potential to be extended and bought our current residence with this potential in mind. We then realised how much value we managed to add to our home and decided to start looking for opportunities to work with property development

and investments. Wellbeing Investments is a real estate investment business providing solutions and opportunities to our clients that combine return on investments on a loan basis or the opportunity to work with us as Joint Ventures for larger projects. We take the time to understand what investors want from a property investment, as we believe all investments should be seen as a number and it must make a profit.
