Most traders are marking support and resistance from highs, lows and wicks.

I also want to know where the real volume came into the market.

That’s why I use high-volume pools as part of my system — to help identify areas where price has previously seen strong participation and potentially find cleaner zones to trade from.

I’m never blindly trading the level on its own. It’s another piece of confluence that helps me narrow down the best areas on the chart.

Gold is pushing higher again… but this historical weekly pattern is worth paying attention to. 👀

We’ve seen similar structures play out multiple times throughout gold’s history:

Strong bullish run → major correction → aggressive recovery → another leg lower.

Does that mean gold has to sell off again? No.

But I definitely wouldn’t dismiss it.

Was $4,000 the bottom, or do we see $3,800–$3,600 before the next major move higher?

Still bullish on gold, but I’m not chasing the move.

4,575 is the major level I’m watching today, with 4,550–4,546 being the ideal area for a pullback before potential continuation.

Patience first. Setup second. Ex*****on last.

Gold remains bullish short term after yesterday’s Treasury buyback news, but the bigger fundamental picture is still mixed.

$4,500 is the key area I’m watching now. I’m not interested in chasing sells — I’m waiting for the right confirmation and area to look for continuation buys.

Gold is extremely conflicted right now.

U.S.–Iran uncertainty, rising oil, a recovering dollar and 30-year Treasury yields above 5.3% are all creating pressure — but one headline could change everything.

Stay flexible. Follow the fundamentals. Let the market show its hand.

Gold bullish next week? Here’s my thoughts…

15/08/2026

Tough week but we go again next week.. time to relax and get ready for next week 🤝

14/08/2026

Gold has broken its 7-day bullish run and lower-timeframe bearish structure is starting to form — but fundamentally, the picture is still extremely mixed.

I’m watching the 4,350–4,375 area closely and taking this one step at a time. Patience over forcing trades. 📊
