Viewed this property today with an eye for rent to rent for supported living.

Bear in mind the property was advertised as a maisonette with a garden🏡.

The landlord also thinks it is a 5 🛏🛌🛏🛌🛏🤔

Perfect timing for the boiler to go. Got a quick but effective intervention by whose team replaced the boiler and ensured that my tenant was looked after during the whole process.
We’ve been taught well by to put money away for rainy days and hence this did not come as a surprise when it happened.
Main thing is, happy customer, happy family, happy landlord.
All this orchestrated from 300 miles thanks to our great network and technology.

How lucky is our investor, he just had a phone call about his investment maturing and getting £1000 💷💷💷💷💷 next month when he hits his anniversary.
Imagine, all they did was trust us with their money and now they will have the 💷💷💷💷 to do what they like with it. Your money, your choice.
Guess what, they are going to renew and are also telling their friends about this.

Poor me, I will get only 0.01% soon, that is 500 times less than what my own investor is getting.

Just saw this gorgeous property in South London currently as a 6 bed HMO and has planning for 7 beds.
Looking at a full refurb here and extension, £200k at least will be gone for an extra £6-10k per year for at least 5 years. Then refurb again if property goes down dependent on management and quality of tenants.

Is it worth it? How much value would be added to the property?
