The Valleys in Wales are very good investment areas with the 4 billion pounds being spent on infrastructure in the South of Wales. Another good day of viewing, learning and fantastic people all round. Cheers on St. Paddy’s day.

We spent a day viewing properties in various stages of repair and ‘disrepair’ which may be too nice a word. Those are the properties we want to add value to and it is amazing to see the finished products. We also met some more sourcing agents who are as fantastic offline as they are online.

Third stop: Brynmawr to see another property we are in the process of purchasing. We met one of our sourcing agent who has found two of our properties. She has been fantastic to work with and guided us with her vast experience of the area and the task at hand. There is a lot of work required on this one so watch this space.

Second stop: Abertillery where our first B2L is situated on a main road, just up the valley from Newport. We cut our teeth here and it was SO exciting to be able to see it.

First stop: Newport and a property we are in the process of purchasing. it’s currently dirty and smelly but will soon be a thing of beauty. It’s in a really good area, super close to the River Usk. Spot the nearby castle in the distance.

We are en route to Wales for the first time. To date we have purchased and renovated our Buy To Let properties remotely and are super excited to go and see the fruits of our virtual labour and meet the people who have made it happen on the other side of the world.
