I’m 33 with a net worth of £360k, and I’m on track to retire at 45 with a retirement pot of £1.25M.

Will everything go to plan? Probably not. There’s a lot of variables and I haven’t accounted for everything.

Will I actually retire? Maybe. The person that I was 12 years ago is very different to the person I am now, so I can only assume my priorities will be different in 12 years time.

But these types of calculations are a projection, and are the maths behind financial independence ✨
