⚽ A huge congratulations to everyone from Movo who took part in the Allianz Football Tournament!

It was fantastic to see our team come together for a great day of football, teamwork and friendly competition, all while raising money for Banados. 👏

We’re incredibly proud of everyone who got involved and helped support such a worthwhile cause. Events like this are a brilliant opportunity to bring people together outside of the workplace while making a positive difference.

A big thank you to Allianz for organising the tournament, and well done to everyone who represented Movo on the pitch! 🙌

This week, we were delighted to welcome Erin, who is currently in sixth form, and Samuel, who is in Year 10, to Movo Partnership for their work experience.

During their time with us, they gained an insight into the world of insurance broking by spending time with a range of our teams, including Accounts, The Placement Team, Claims, Movo Croydon and Security Insured. They shadowed colleagues, asked thoughtful questions and got a real feel for what goes on behind the scenes to support our clients every day.

It wasn’t all desk work either! They even got stuck in helping us tidy our outdoor area by putting our new leaf blower to good use 🍃.

It was a pleasure to welcome Erin and Samuel to the team, and we hope their time with us has given them a valuable insight into the insurance industry and inspired them as they think about their future careers.

We wish them both the very best and thank them for spending the week with us! 👏

Last week, had the pleasure of representing Movo Partnership at the AXA Prime Partners Conference in the beautiful city of Bordeaux.

Hosted at the stunning Château Suduiraut, surrounded by Grand Cru vineyards and breathtaking scenery, the event provided the perfect setting for collaboration, learning, and innovation.

This year’s theme, “Fit for the Future,” was brought to life through engaging keynote sessions, interactive breakout discussions, and thought-provoking conversations focused on the future of our industry.

One of the standout moments was the gala dinner, where attendees wore sports shirts representing their favourite teams, creating a fantastic atmosphere of friendly competition. The evening also included a fun “Beat the Goalie” challenge with David James, alongside a charity auction supporting Alzheimer’s Research UK, raising an incredible amount for a very worthy cause.

The second day focused on leadership and management, with an inspiring session from Professor Damian Hughes, exploring the three non-negotiable behaviours that drive long-term business success.

For Liz, one of the biggest highlights was the opportunity to connect with fellow Prime Partners, build new relationships, exchange ideas, and share experiences with like-minded professionals from across the industry.

A huge thank you to AXA for their outstanding hospitality, flawless organisation, and for hosting such a memorable event in an incredible location. We’re proud to be part of the Prime Partners community and look forward to continuing to build strong relationships for the future.

Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming Glen Gillam from Gillam Insurance to our new office as we celebrated one year of working together.

It was a fantastic afternoon, with Glen taking the time to speak with colleagues across our teams and strengthen the relationships that have made our partnership such a success.

🌿☀️ A few months into our new office, and it’s already feeling even more like home.

We’ve recently added some new furniture and planted lavender and jasmine to brighten up our outdoor space and make it a more welcoming place to relax, catch up with colleagues, and enjoy lunch in the fresh air.

With the weather warming up, we’re looking forward to making the most of our garden and creating a space where our team can unwind and recharge throughout the day.

During World Mental Health Week, it felt especially important to welcome them both. As part of our team working remotely, it was lovely to have the opportunity to spend time together in person, introduce ourselves, and strengthen those all-important connections.

Day 2 at BIBA in Manchester and it has once again lived up to the high standards it sets every year.

We’ve caught up with plenty of familiar faces, had some great conversations, learned a lot, and yes, a few of us may have enjoyed one or two drinks last night.

It’s a brilliantly organised event with something for everyone in the insurance community.

A huge well done to BIBA for putting together another outstanding event.
