Business Development Manager - TPI Channel -

Do you have what it takes to work for a dynamic, growing business?

Can you nurture client relationships and bring in new business?

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to work with our third parties to improve and expand the channel.

As we move to differentiate ourselves on the level of customer service we deliver, and increase the profitability of our business, we aim to provide customers with a world class service. We will do this through set processes to enable each and every customer to have a consistent experience when dealing with our business from the initial sale through to the introduction of additional products. The strategy is to grow the business through improving customer satisfaction and building advocacy. Primarily the Business Development Manager will be required to generate new business from a prospective client list and self-generated leads. The successful candidate will also be expected to manage existing client relationships to increase portfolio from the existing client base and provide feedback to the TPI Channel Manager. Product and industry knowledge will be vital for the role. Training will be given to suitable candidates to cover both of these areas. The business is rapidly expanding so flexibility is required to thrive in this fast moving environment. Input is openly encouraged which would facilitate to improve any aspect of the business.

Primarily the Business Development Manager will report to the TPI Channel Manager. They will also have daily contact with the administrators within the business to ensure high levels of client relationship management and process improvement. The Business Development Manager will liaise directly with existing and new sub-brokers via phone, email and in person at scheduled meetings.

The successful candidate will be required to visit existing sub-brokers and introduce new business. It is expected that the candidate will be field based at least 2 days per week, therefore it is imperative that they have a valid driver’s licence with no penalties. Mileage can be reclaimed at month end as part of the expenses claim process. The company will also provide a mobile phone and laptop.
