Dear friends, we are saddened by the fact that we have to close our Facebook business accounts. Our account was compromised and assets were stolen. We have attempted to rectify the situation but received absolutely no support from Meta/ Facebook whose only concern is censorship and political populism.
It is morally wrong to operate on a platform that promotes unethical business dealings and swipe criminal activities under the carpet.

The property achieved an overall score of "10" out of a maximum possible score of "10." Very few properties ever achieve a maximum score on online travel agent (OTA) booking platforms. We bought this unmodernised studio apartment on 6th June for the price less than average saloon car. Our brilliant refurbishment team started work straight away and just over two weeks later the project is making excellent progress. We expect the flat to be finished by early July. We will then furnish it and market it as an airbnb property via our Serviced Accommodation company - Arkadi Sabrina Trading Limited. We’ll post more photos of the flat once the refurb work is complete and it is furnished.

Our first Airbnb serviced accommodation apartment will be open for guest stays from April. Further information including photographs of the property renovation and fitting out will be posted soon.

We would like to extend our thanks to Simon, Andy and the other presenters and facilitators at the Property Investor Network (PIN) Mastermind Accelerator event that took place at Heathrow over the weekend. This was a hugely inspirational and thought-provoking three days which brought together like-minded people who all have the goal of being the best they can be, expanding the boundaries of their world and being successful in whatever way we individually define success.

Dear friends, welcome to our page! It's the start of a new year and we are really excited about the property projects that we have in the pipeline for 2023 and beyond. This will be a year of great opportunity. Simon Zutshi (the UK's most high profile property expert) recently said that in the future, people will look back on 2023 and kick themselves that they weren't more proactive and that they didn't do more deals. During the following weeks and months we will be posting regularly to give you updates on the projects we are running. It won't all be plain sailing and we promise to tell you what hasn't gone to plan as well as everything that hopefully has.
