Hi everyone!
We’re Brickk, and we wanted to introduce ourselves in the context of what’s just changed.
The Renter’s Right Act is now live. Section 21 is gone. You can no longer ask a tenant to leave without a legal reason - which means who you let to, and how you keep them, just got a lot more important.
We’ve built a service that we think is good for tenants - and quietly very good for landlords.
Brickk is a £4.99 per month subscription for renters that:
- Reports their rent payments to TransUnion, Experian and Equifax (so their rent finally builds their credit history)
- Rewards them via discounted brand marketplace. ££ savings of around 10% on everyday spending - back in their pockets.
Why does this matter to you? Because tenants who feel like renting is working for them - building something, rewarding something, tend to pay on time and stay longer. And in a world where you can’t just issue a section 21, tenant retention isn’t just nice to have.
It costs landlords nothing. Lots are already mentioning it to their tenants and differentiating already.
Happy to answer any questions.
And genuinely curious - how are you all finding the first month of the new rules?
Looking forward to continuing this conversation..
