April’s Member Spotlight falls on a relatively new member to Fuse Fitness

Marie started coming to us last year for just one session a week. After a while I noticed she was appearing not only at Combat Fit but also our Fuse Spin class.

She won’t mind me saying but she wasn’t one of the biggest character in the group and would often leave without me even noticing. So one day, BEFORE a class (this meant I wouldn’t miss her) I asked if she would mind being a member spotlight. Her initial reaction was she wasn’t sure, which I understood (the camera isn’t for everyone)

We had a talk, and what she disclosed me was truly inspiring and profound that I said she had the let people know her story.

We are one week into the official launch of the Fuse merch

I would like to thank everyone who has purchased a hoodie, T-shirt or both. It really means a lot to me to have your support

The first week has been fantastic. We sold just over 70 units with people ordering hoodies all the way from Australia

It’s safe to say that the green and pink hoodies have been an absolute favourite, whilst the blue and yellow hoodies have been left alone on the shelf in my storage unit! Lol

Anyway, if anyone would like to place an order there are only limited hoodies remaining. Leave me a message and I’ll make it happen

It’s arrived…. March 1st 2022! Today I launch the Fuse Hoodies and Tee’s!

This is a huge milestone for me. It’s probably been in the making for about 2 years but over the past year is when it has picked up real momentum

As many of you know I’m a bit ocd! Lol 😂 so having a random/standard design was never go to sit well with me. As well as this it was important that what I was offering was environmentally friendly and something people would actually wear and not throw away

All our are hoodies and T’s are supplied by and we chose them as suppliers because of their sustainability pledge. There products are 100% verified organic and recyclable

There are LOTS of people I need to thank for getting me to this stage. and her husband Simon for guiding and encouraging me that I need to make this happen. who for the past year has kept pushing me to continue with the production even though I didn’t want to at times. She made my life easy by sourcing the right product in terms of style, colours, designs. As well as sourcing who did a fantastic job getting prints onto the merchandise in a short turnaround time, and finally who came up with the actual concepts on the merch which was reached after just one design attempt. Honestly without these peoples involvement I would have never got to this stage

How do you get your hands on these little goodies?

For now I have will just be taking orders via messages in insta, WhatsApp etc.

There are small to x-large in everything

T-shirts are £18

For the first ten orders received I will give away a free T-shirt with your order. Money must be received and a comment below to be valid

Take the key of your keyring and use the key ring to secure the cuffs. Tbf it didn’t look to bad either

What a night! It has been 2 years since we were able to do anything like what we did last night

The Fuse Combat Fit UV party had it all. Great music, great Mc, and great energy

I wanted to have this event to celebrate the the success of Fuse over the past year or so and that was the reason it was free, to thank all the members for their continued support. In life we can not always take, we have to give back!

I’d like to thank for supplying an epic set, the jungle section turned the workout into a rave! At this point the crowd went wild! for supplying the lyrics on the mic. The bars about eastenders and holbycity were classic! .cornwall for putting in some work capturing the crowd in action for taking control of the mic when I had to deal with the guy to change my tyre . I think you may have a new calling in life! And finally to every single person who attended last night. You guys came in the outfits, the accessories and create so much energy that at times it blew my mind

Who knows when the next one will be but one thing is for sure, we have to celebrate life more often so watch this space

Welcome to our new feature for 2022 called the member spotlight

This is where we spotlight members whether they are new or existing and see what they enjoy about Fuse Fitness and exercising

This month the spotlight is on
Why .walker79 you may ask? Over the past few months Emma has gone from attending a few Fuse 30x sessions a week (mainly the bodyweight and light resistance sessions) to attending all our evening sessions and the Friday strength session.

The result… Emma has made a huge shift in her fitness level. Her lifts with the Olympic bar have increased, her confidence with fitness movements has increased and most of all her timing and rhythm on the spin bike has been discovered! 😂 (you should note she hated spin before coming the Fuse Spin)

Well done Emma, it’s great to see how much you are now enjoying fitness.
