The last few weeks have been busy, so here's me trying to look after myself.

Not only are we working with investors on JV projects and making sure we are keeping the schedule of works ticking along on time, we have our team work with the South Wales Property Investment Facebook group.

We've had two full portfolios land - analysing each property, Chris Samuel is doing a sterling job on the spreadsheets 👏🏼

We're pushing, we're having the right conversations, zoom meetings and calls with investors. Anyone that says property is a side job and easy passive income is lying to you.

If you're looking to work with people that are committed, full time in property and have the best network of people around them, we're happy to have a chat.

The eyes on the ground, the refurb calculator, the builders port of call, the one who stays calm when I'm having a meltdown 😂 the one who can jump in and tackle most jobs when needed.

He's going to have a day off today, I'm kind like that 😁

Half term means dragging a rascal to a project. Could do with at least one of the kiddies getting a trade behind them 🤔

We're working with an investor on this one, as per our terms, we visit the project weekly and liaise closely with the builder.

After the heat, we're surprised there's progress but fair play to the team, they've done what they can 👏🏼

Busy times of late 😁

Craig Pearce abandoned me for Amalfi, Italy this week. It was the first week that I had to run the business and manage the tribe by myself in two and a half years! I think I aced it 😁💪🏼

Met our builder at an upcoming project. Bouncing things off the pros is a must ⚒️

Team calls, I talk way too much 😂 poor guys need to learn that when I say "It's only a quick one" it's actually likely to be two hours 🫣 sorry Chris Samuel

A visit to our investor property today. The plasterer is doing a great job, I'm just impatient and want to see it finished already. Halfway through now.

We're finishing up the week tomorrow with networking and can't wait to do some catching up in Newport with Jamie French & Ben Hollingsworth

Then we juggle half term 😴
