Today marks the end of my self employed mortgage journey. I have taken up a new role as a new build business development manager. Although I will no longer be providing mortgage advice, please still get in touch as I will have a great team of advisers I will be working with that will be delighted to assist.

I have thoroughly loved every minute of being self employed and have so much gratitude to each and every person I have helped over the last 5 years.

Winter League 2025-2026 New Format

New for this year we will be having 2 winter leagues.
A Saturday league and a Sunday League. You can play in one or both.
Each league will have 5 events with your 4 best events counting towards your position.
Both leagues are open for anyone to enter and we welcome newcomers as well as the seasoned pro. There will be junior categories, mens, womens and senior mens and womens categories, so there is something for everyone.

How do you enter?
You just need to register and then turn up on the day of your event.

How do you register?
Download the squabbit app
If you don't already use squabbit then click sign up.
Once signed up you will see a tab called LEAGUES at the top, click here
Bottom right there is a plus + sign, click here
then enter the league invite code. GXBOSC for Saturday or OSRYGH for Sunday.
Repeat the process to enter both leagues.
If you can see the 2 leagues then you are registered.
All you need to do now is turn up for the first event.

The Bank of England are reviewing rates again on 6th November, unlikely to drop. Inflation is at 3.8% and there is a budget review on 26th November.
If your current deal is ending in the next 6 months, get in touch. I can secure a rate now. If it drops, I'll switch product to the lower rate but if it increases, you have already secured the best rate.
