At Pool House we are keen to ensure we are creating opportunities for young adults who would like to join the industry. Alicia joined Pool House Group in 2018 as an administrator and is now a Trainee Paraplanner, studying towards obtaining her Diploma in Financial Services. Alicia works closely with Jonathan who is the co-owner, director and independent financial adviser and his clients offering administrative support across all aspects of the business.

Julie Dunn has been at Pool House since May 2013 and is our client manager. Julie is also an authorised Mortgage Adviser, who deals with a range of clients from first time buyers to clients buying second residential/holiday homes and buy to let properties. Julie also advises on Equity release and lifetime mortgages.

In her spare time, she also enjoys spending time with friends/family and looking after her animals. Currently, this includes 3 dogs, 3 sheep, a pigmy goat and 2 rabbits.

Our Operations Director at Pool House is Fiona Haigh, who started at the company in February 2007. Fiona’s day-to-day responsibilities include staffing, accounts, compliance and training to ensure the back-office team and systems run smoothly. Outside of work Fiona enjoys fitness and has recently taken up running – she will be entering the Lichfield 10k this year, which Pool House Advisers are sponsoring.

Meet Phoebe Kalsi our Client Director at Pool House – Phoebe joined the firm in 2011 and qualified as a Financial Adviser in 2016 where she has since become one of the companies four directors.

I take my clients through the full financial planning journey from pension/savings accumulation all the way through to retirement. As one of the Company Directors I am also very passionate about inspiring females to not only join the industry but to get qualified to financial adviser level to balance out the male dominated industry.
