Most businesses know they should be posting on social media consistently... but finding the time to actually do it is another story.

Usually it ends up being squeezed in between appointments, done late at night, or handed to someone internally who already has a full-time job to focus on.

That’s why so many businesses are now outsourcing it instead.

When we work on digital projects, our focus is on how the experience holds together across platforms.

People don’t encounter brands in a single, controlled moment. They move between devices, contexts, and levels of attention. Our job is to make sure the thinking, structure, and pacing translate cleanly wherever the work is encountered.

That means starting with hierarchy and flow before visual detail. It means designing interactions and animations to behave consistently at different sizes, rather than becoming distractions. Subtle movement should support understanding, not compete for attention.

Thanks to everyone who attended our Collab in Leigh networking event yesterday, and a big thank you to for hosting us and bringing together such a strong mix of local businesses.

We covered some genuinely positive ideas, including recruiting Team Leigh as a Nuclear Mud Run team, and collectively backing the first Sunday of every month as a shop‑local initiative - Payday Sunday.

It was also great to hear from the Leigh Council team, who are seeking support from local businesses to help secure a major grant for Leigh‑on‑Sea Town of Culture.

Alongside the agenda, there were plenty of new connections made, future collaborations sparked, and some great new faces in the room. A strong start to the year.

Websites for hospitality don’t get the luxury of being vague.

They need to load fast, work properly on a phone, and make it easy for someone to book a table, check a menu, or find you without friction. Most visitors aren’t browsing, they’re deciding.

A lot of hospitality sites look good on launch and struggle in real use. Slow pages, buried information, design choices that don’t reflect how people actually interact with them. The UX needs to deliver.
