Halloween Post: Team “Spirit” (See what I did there?) & Scalability

🎃 It’s not a horror story … it’s just Halloween at work.

This is a throwback to one of my favourite days from when I ran my own ZipYard shop.

The masks were silly. The customers loved it.

The team? They brought the energy, as they always did. That's one of the many great things about running a business with a team. It makes it more fun, enjoyable, interesting, challenging (in a good way) and provides more options.

But beyond the fun there’s a serious point here. Building a great business means building a great team.

A business that relies solely on you to deliver everything is just a job in disguise.

But a business where:

✔️ The team knows their roles
✔️ The service is consistent without you
✔️ And the culture keeps customers coming back...

That’s a business you can grow.
