We can look at a new deal upto 6 months before the end of your current fixed mortgage rate🏡

ℹ️Remortgaging is when you move your mortgage on your existing property, from one lender to another. Your new mortgage will then replace your old one.

Happy Wednesday all!!

Feel like it’s been a while since I posted on my feed!!
I am still here making cookies and posting out to lovely new home owners and all my other customers.

I have been slower as I have been baking my own wee bun (or cookie) for the last 20 plus weeks (see second pic 😬🤰)
So now over half way with a few aches and pains and working full time just meant this page took a wee backseat for a while.

I will try and fit in as many cookies as I can going forward but might mean a wee ‘mat leave’ in the coming months. I will keep you posted!!

Hi all

Just a wee reminder that I am having a break from afternoon teas at the moment as I have started a new job which is full time and which I really enjoy. I now want to use my days off with my family.
I appreciate all the support you have given me when I started this wee business over lockdown.

I am still doing cookies however and vouchers can be used at the moment for these. All afternoon teas vouchers have no expiry date.

Just a reminder to all that I will be having a break from afternoon teas for a while.

I originally said it would be April however I have decided to take a new job role and this will mean I will be working near full time. I haven’t made this decision lightly but I am finding it more difficult to keep up with rising costs. As I will be working a lot more I will not have the same time to dedicate to preparing afternoon teas however I am still going to continue with the cookies for now.
I am not shutting down Laura BAKES for good I just need some time to figure out what time I will have and how to work around that.
I may open up afternoon teas when I have spare time or for occasions such as Mother’s Day.

I hope you all can understand and I thank you over and over again for your continued support through the last 2 years.

(Any vouchers still to be used will be honoured until the rest of the year)
