First email in a while announcing a decrease in rates from a lender for their PT's and Further Advance customers!!!

Few other lenders have now announced that they will give existing customers 6 months product transfer window!

New Stamp Duty rules

NO STAMP DUTY is payable up to £250k (previous threshold was £125k)

Accord launch new affordability calculation - BOOST LTI

Boost LTI range will offer increased LTI options (from 5x up to 5.5x) for eligible clients with household earnings of £70,000 or above who need a small stretch to their income multiples to achieve their borrowing goals.

Holding rates on all new business products and increasing all product transfer fixed rates by between 0.05% and 0.15%.

Product end dates and completion deadlines will be rolled on by one month.

If you're mortgage products fixed rate is due to come within the next 6 months now's the time to get your next product lined up.
