A property is likely at auction for a reason, and that isn't always for speed. Regularly, auction properties come back with what we call a 'cash valuation'.

What does this mean? It means the property's current condition is currently unmortgageable by a conventional mortgage. Things like no running water or electricity can cause this, along with many other things.

Apex Bridging can still lend on these deals, and our 95% maximum auction LTV would free up your money to do that much-needed refurb to bring it back to a mortgageable condition for your exit!
