Alison Hall's 4th anniversary of returning to Apex Bridging is today, but her real history here goes back much further. πŸ’š

She was there from the start. In those early days, when Apex was still figuring out who we were and how we'd be different, Alison was there helping make it happen.

Then life took her in a different direction, and Alison spent a couple of years working in the veterinary world, gaining some amazing new experiences and perspectives.

But on 1st June 2022, she made a choice to come back as a part of the team. Nearly a decade later, Alison still carries the institutional knowledge of those early days. She understands the foundation we're built on, and now she's actively helping shape the next chapter.

Thank you for nearly a decade of working with Apex Bridging, Alison. Here's to many more years!

What we DON'T do:

- We don't run hard credit searches that leave marks on your credit file.
- We don't run soft searches that leave footprints.
- We don't use automated credit scoring systems that automatically decline based on a number from a computer.

What we DO do:

We ask you to download a free credit report yourself, which you can then provide to us. We review this to understand your credit history and any past challenges.

These don't automatically disqualify you. If there's an explanation and the issues don't affect your ability to exit the bridging loan, we can work with that.

We take a common-sense approach. We look for reasons TO lend, not reasons to say no.
