This sticks with me, It is very basic and simple but very important. I have created checklists for almost everything I do. In terms of property investing, some checklists you may need are -

Deal Sourcing checklist
Auction buying checklist
Commercial property checklist
Viewing checklist
R2R checklist
Technical analysis (Pre-buying checklist)
Fundamental (number) analysis checklist
Legals checklist
Project management checklist
Letting checklist

These are a few of many that I have made. It's important to do thorough research and spend a bit of time making these checklists. The checklists should be constantly updating and upgrading. Believe me, this will save you thousands of pounds and headaches further down the line. One more thing, make sure to go through them with each deal. What's the point of making a checklist if you don't use it.

Putting a face on the brand

Someone said to me people do business with people so show your people. It makes a lot of sense. I will be showing myself more on the socials. I will post more often and document more of the journey which I’ve been not doing enough. The plan is to make this page & brand more personal to you so that our investors & partners can relate more. Every successful brand has a personality to it and personality comes from the directors all the way to its employees and customers.
